Day 5 done! Merry Christmas everyone, hope everyone has had a good time with family or friends! Today has been great but I messed up by looking at P-subs (instagram). I will avoid it more in future, I know how it can function just the same as P sometimes.

I struggled with intense social anxiety on Christmas Day, felt hopeless and awkward . I’m so disappointed I relapsed! I feel like I’m out of control.
