Day 0 completed! Or day 1? I don't know. Either way my first day of the challenge done and it's how I plan to continue Hope everyone is doing well

 

Day Eleven, keeping busy with family, friends and sport keeps the urges away. I have told my parents about my struggle with PMO I felt that the more I get the dark things out in the light the better. It was tough but I feel a lot better, they had compassion even though this battle is between PMO and myself. I told them about how awsome NoFap is and what Legends brothers are helping me and how we help each other out on our journeys! Good luck to all of you guys STAND STRONG, keep Believing!

Day 15 done ... Was attacked last night by 8 9 people ... Injured my head... they took my mobile and purse ... Got my sense together went to police at 1:00 pm in the night ... They told to come tomorrow ... Went back looked for security cameras ... Found one nearby... Went in the morning looked into the tape ... Gave it to police ... They told will look into the case ... Found out another camera ... Will go there tomorrow morning... Full detective mode on ...

Had a sudden strike of extreme urges, it felt as if I was about to act on them. I was tempted but also knew I couldn't fail again, I'm glad I resisted.

7 days down, 53 to go.

 

Day 1 finished! Again this is the second day so I'm not sure if this is day 1 or 2 completed. Either way, going well! Saw some friends tonight for the first time in a couple of months, it was really great to catch up

 

13/60. Was active day, met new people, slowly improving my social skills. Stay strong!
