Today went by smoothly because I had to fix a car battery issue.

Day 31, I am now closer to completing the challenge than starting it

 

Relapsed yesterday, going to 7 day challenge as I cant make it through a week it would seem at the moment. It will give me encouragement.

 

Sorry. 0/60 at no 'P' - a little P-sub oriented content was enough to get unintentional orgasm. Lupus was writing a little story, just as a creative activity, and the plot suddenly went in a wrong direction... imagination is extremely powerful. Ended with wet pants. :/

I relapsed , i was alone in the morning, at first I ignored the temptation but later gave in, there a lot of self development activities I used to follow but I have been reluctant about them, I will start to follow them and become a better person. Going for confession tomorrow.
