Second day today and all good so far, I just have to keep it up for 58 more days

Day 31. I almost relapsed yesterday. I already had my p in my hand but some how i was able to stay strong. I think it was the fact that my wife went to bed early and i was alone watching my movie. There was a real hot chick in it and it made me aroused. I started thinking why i was doing this reboot and that helped me alot. Stay strong guys. It can hit you at any time. Im glad im still in my streak

 

Hi Everyone,
I just want to encourage you to keep going and persevere. Also, just an FYI and warning. You will experience some depression, anxiety, and a case of the blah'ssss. Don't let it stop your progress it will pass. Furthermore, you will also feel like you have lost your sex drive (flatlining). It too will pass!!! Almost 60 days in and life is starting to have more meaning. I'm getting high off of overcoming this addiction. God bless!

I start the challenge again, yesterday I got distracted and fell ...

 

I know that feeling. I got up out of my bed when that happened to me and walked outside did some yard work and it passed. The second time I took a really cold shower. Hold tight and do whatever you need do to distract yourself for at least 2 hours.

Don't give up! I know it seems like a long road but before you know it two weeks will come and go and you will see 14 days keep it up.

 

Day 3 no p, really happy.
