    Day 10/365
    Waking up at 4
    Fasting
    Good feeling
i feel more energy but we need to handle it with brake and guiding it into constructive path.
i think writing the good effects of being healthy and clean (not wasting time on porn) on body, feeling and life and also the cons and bed effect of it is important and very effective
as i do it and collect a 60 pages about the healthy body and sick body from the quality of breathing to the quality of being in present moment and have a control over the thoughts in mind and body.

  8. I'd like to know just for being aware whether a gigolo can get caught up in some legal mess or any other dangerous trouble like blackmailing etc ??
Especially what's the scene in Bharat (India), if any Bhartiya can reply ?

  9. Although I've failed many times on nofap the positive is that I've just masturbated 20 times or so in last 6 years.....it's just that I failed to maintain my dream forever streak

Although because of no awareness I fapped too much in my initial 1 and a half year after my onset of puberty.....I was back then a very horny young teenager for I was taught nothing about this and the world was bombarded with filth wherever I could see
I was innocent......I just had the urge and it felt to release it and the pleasure became addictive....
No sex education, fake decorum and I would say the biggest factor was that which many people do that is to encourage others in doing wrong so they get dragged down ensured me a miserable life

  11. What!! 20 times in the last 6 years! That is actually incredible. I have failed like 1000 times during that same period. Actually six years ago, I was watching porn and masturbating every single day, sometimes multiple times in a day. I was completely jobless and didn't have any hope. I contemplated suicide many times.

This goes on to show that you have incredible willpower within you. You have so much potential. A little more effort and you will be completely free of this disease.

  12. Day 10- I am ridiculously in a good mood this morning. I saw a large horde of pied crows and was just amazed at the sight of these birds. They are not usually common on my route but for some reason they were there. Nature is amazing!

  15. I have developed a daily monitoring survey borrowed heavily form ideas in Covenant Eyes and Recovery Nation websites. Your input/feedback will be highly beneficial to me to refine it. I am tired of being a passive bystander waiting to fight inevitable urges and sexual thoughts.

PMO is not a single event that comes out of nowhere without warning. It is a process of activities, emotions etc that come together to form a chain of sorts. We could say it is a chain reaction. So in order to prevent certain activities in the chain from occurring, it is vital that I actively monitor certain things. I will spend 5 minutes tops in rating on a scale of 1-5 each statement before I go to bed.

Daily Monitoring System (Next 30 days)

    Scale
    Score Description

    5 Excellent
    4 Good
    3 Average/Satisfactory
    2 Unacceptable
    1 Failed

    Statements
    1. I have avoided looking at pornography, sexually provocative images, stopped listening to/reading stories and conversations(on and offline) that I know would be seductive. (Rate from 1 to 5)
    2. I have kept my eyes from lustful glances and kept my thoughts from sexual thoughts about women (Rate from 1 to 5)
    3. I have actively avoided seemingly innocuous visual triggers [e.g various social media pages, Tumblr blogs, porn-subs] that often lead to watching pornography and have dealt well with the triggers as they have arisen
    (Rate from 1 to 5)
    4. I have actively and mindfully recognized vulnerable times that could lead to watching pornography, trying to mitigate them by doing a preordained activity. (Rate from 1 to 5)
Vulnerable times/situations: state of boredom, procrastination, anxiety[fear of future events], surfing the net aimlessly, feelings of loneliness, anger, feelings of rejection, period between 9pm and 12 am
Preordained activities include doing activities in my schedule, going for a walk or run, taking a cold shower, riding my bicycle, watch comedy, programming, sleep, meditation
    5. I have enjoyed time with God through prayer and reading the bible (Rate from 1 to 5)
    6. I have pursued good relations (personal interest) with others and improved my communication skills. (Rate from 1 to 5)
    7. I have focused my attention on what God had done for me thus far and His promises whether in good or bad times, in times of obedience or distress[failure]. This means I am actively grateful (Rate from 1 to 5)
    8. I read and actively lived by my values (Rate from 1 to 5)
    9. I actively focused on improving my strengths and affirmed love for my self (Rate from 1 to 5)
