I decided to wake up at 3 too,then i did it and it helps to do the most important part of your daily task early and improve your general feeling .

I had some poisonous thoughts from the past about my relationship with my brother that was a cumbersome in my path toward surviving and thriving and he was always wanted to stop me from growing. i know it is useless thoughts and so I planned to eliminate this thoughts from my life ahead and i will do not think about them anymore and instead I just focus to the tasks related to my goal,even a minute in a day, till reach to the point that find myself reach my goals.
There were also some fantasies that came into my mind,but they have become weaker and their effects are becoming less and less as time goes by.

I took a cold shower
I am felling good now,by the way i feel the energy that are accumulating in my body and i planned and scheduled to direct it into a constructive way.

Day 13/365, I want to be the person I used to be, so I can't quit but there's a long way to go and lots of improvements to be made, inshaa Allah I can do it by God's help.

It's funny the video was one of the recommended videos on my YouTube page. I viewed it and was impressed on how it has positively impacted Jordan in such a short period of time. I am going to do a seven day trial of waking up at 5.00 from tomorrow and see what happens.
