Back at it , i can't give up and get back on my old habits,

 

Reset

 

Weekend check in. I have had a busy week and its been a bit of an inner battle not PMO related. I have felt much better the last couple of days. It was good to go through that and not turn to any addictive solutions. I need to always remind myself that PMO is not a solution, it is a/the problem. It is empty, it is a lie, it can not be satisfied, it will always want more, it only takes away, it just makes things worse and its a trap. I don't want that, I am done with that and one day at a time I reject it and all its associations.

Checking in, reset a couple of times lately but back on the wagon, wishing everyone good luck

 

Yeah our brains can play such tricks on us. Strong work. Always important to remember that PMO is not the solution.
