    On January 15, 2023 I started journey because I have ED problems from too much M.
    I do M 30+ years and my goal is to get rid of M forever!

    On 25.08.2023, I revealed my addiction to my wife, which I secretly did without her knowledge for 15 years. I thought I would never reveal it to anyone.
    Therefore, praise be to Jesus Christ our Lord, Who changed my heart so much that He gave me the courage to confess it to my wife and she forgave me and accepted me. Now I finally feel so alive and free from this sin!

    Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. (James 5:16)

    On 13.11.2023, I also revealed my addiction to my sister. And she answered me like this:
    Thank you for your openness, I'm really sad that you had to go through all this alone.
    Any addiction always loses its power as soon as it is spoken out loud, because the one who tries to destroy us loves the dark. As one existential psychotherapist said - invite your demon to the dance. Only by getting to know what destroys us internally, we can truly become free .

    15.01.2023-22.04.2023 = 97 days
    22.04.2023-29.05.2023 = 37 days
    29.05.2023-26.06.2023 = 28 days
    26.06.2023-22.04.2024 = 300 days
