35 and Older Accountability Group

Día 0..
Llegué a 3 días pero hoy volví a caer .

 

I haven't been checking in as often as I need to. The past week has been OK. No strong urges or thoughts of acting out. I've been more focused at work, although I have a long way to go in this regard.

This week (edited 6/15):
4 days meditation
2 days exercise

 

Checking in, I think it's day 2.
Feeling pretty good.

 

Made it to 30 days. Still a long way to go, got to take it one day at a time.

Day 33, have urges of course but feeling better for abstinence.

 

updated my counter, but i rather admire it. i'm scheduled for a vasectomy in a little over and i was trying to go there with two weeks on my counter. today and monday are my last days to keep being undisciplined.

 

I was sure there going to be a waiting line so it's ok.

So how are you doing? I see you are running a good streak.
