I'm halfway point of the challenge (36 hours) I need another 36 hours to reach the goal, but what I like to do is to break my 52 hour streak, I want to reach at least 60 hours.
Day 2 checking in. I set some daily goals with my personal trainer yesterday. - sleep from 11pm-7am - read 1 chapter or 10 pages of Every Man's Battle - record three takeaways from the book and sleep times in notepad - bring the notepad in to show trainer each time. It's a small daily thing, but I've had shocking moods lately, and do think that improving my sleep patterns and reading that book will help mood & PMO habits.
