It was a normal good day. There was a small urge and erection during morning. It was like that because of a girl who work for me. Just looking at her made the arousal. So, avoided her and did my work. Had a nap at noon. Then all subsided.
Day 3 - No PMO Still working hard. Maths is not easy but I want to learn it. Urges are apparently gone, probably because there is no spare time at all right now.
Day 19 done and gone but mehn!!!! The urges are crazy.. *crying*. It's getting harder and harder to not masturbate...calculating the total time I've spent in this challenge is about 40 days (7 day challenge +14 day challenge + 19 days of 21 day challenge). God help me make it through this 21 days.. Sigh
You know I just realized that coming here everyday and reading the success stories of other members helps to keep you focused and reminds you of why you started in the first place.. So my advice to everyone(including myself) is always make time everyday to come here and not just to post about your progress but also to read about the success of others and encourage one another. It just helped me. Stay strong guys. I never believed I could make it through 40 days without fapping. Yes we can!
Yes, you do. Everybody starts this challenge from day 0 regardles how many days they have under their belt in total. Sorry, but that's just the way it is (EDIT: Just to be clear, you DO NOT have to reset your day counter to participate this challenge)
Day 18 and day 19 completed. Two days kind of easy, after one week crazy with urges now i can't feel a thing. Maybe i am in the flatline again, don't really know.
I got to day 20 and now Im back on the wagon. Cant believe i got so close. Temptation got the better of me and I gave in. I will do (no less than) 21 days as of now. Simples.
Day 12/21 is done. It is a public holiday tomorrow, so no work for me. Looking forward to a day of rest.
Day 2/21 (16 total) Crazy urges last night, almost relapsed. I came here and viewed some post in the success forum and it helped me gain my focus back.
