180 DAY CHALLENGE: EXTREME MODE

128th day. Urges appeared the past couple of days and have been a bit relentless.

 

129th day. Feeling some urges lately. Still cruising and feeling good.

 

130th day. Feeling immense again.

 

131st day.

 

Day 23, have no time to check, had a wet dream also, but still standing.

 

132nd and 133rd day. Feeling magnificent. I have everything that i need.

 

24 days, no urges at all

 

134th day. Awesome..

 

135th day. All good.

 

136th day. Very good.

 

Day 27/180. Lupus back from long regenerating holidays in Austria. Fantastic time behind far away from any ugly thoughts and deeds. Riding on with this hard-mode challenge.

Day 28/180. 4 weeks behind Lupus!

 

I reached 180 /180 and overcame it. Sorry if I was not very too much present in this challenge. At the starting point I didn't think to do it. I didn't think to arrive 90 days.in this challenge I learned the importance to listen to the emotions, to be connected with the others. There are moments of depression during reboot, moments where everything is dark but in those moments the brain lies to make relapse. Guys reboot is possible but you have to learn to live together urges and break the cycle of addiction. Never be lazy, have a walk, read a book, work out but reduce the possibility to be alone
