    Yes!!! I'm 10 months free from porn websites and masturbation. I realized that being horny is very important because it makes the body stronger. I also realized that I'm no longer doing prone masturbation at all because why bother waste energy and use them for something else like going to work. It's a lifestyle, not a competition. I'm still having porn flashbacks(memories) images and videos inside my mind. Well, don't masturbate especially prone position over them instead use them for energy such as working out to defeat the urges. That goes out for fantasizing too whether my own creations or not. Also, I have experienced some painful erections and blue balls that tells me I'm in the right path.
