What we see on stage is the end result. What we don't see is what it took to get there... the failures, desire to quit, doubts, the years and tears, sleepless nights, etc...

    Yes, it is important to focus on the positives, see how far you've come etc. Its so freaking easy to fall down the negative path and just think about the bad stuff. But when you learn to incorporate the positives things will be more uplifting after some time!
