    Right?! I have a confidant that I confided in for about the first 30 or so days since starting all this (way back in Feb.) and it was WAY more difficult to deal with than it is now. Although I will say that I got a lot off my chest and was able to get used to expressing my feelings.

    Yes, I think there is a tendency to focus too much on the problem and ignore the solution. It's good to unload all your feelings and tell your story, but after that I find its better to forget about it and move on, replacing PMO with something else. And also helping others to do the same.

    Its hard to put into words. In short, being idle causes me to get radically depressed, and being busy keeps me happy (or at least not depressed). Been working like crazy these last 2 weeks but today's my first relaxing day in a while. So depression came back. Sorry for worrying you.

In August of 2006 (just before my 12th birthday) was the first time I'd ever heard the word "porn." But I'd soon familiarize myself with it, and for nearly 9 years I'd struggle with all the problems that came with it. But in February of 2015, I'd listened to a speech, one that inspired me and finally gave me the strength to try a real recovery. Everyday before that was plagued with irritation, riddled with headaches, and so miserable that I know I can't ever go through that again.

I want to tell my story, as it will unfold thus far. And if I can, I'd like to help others with what they're going through.
