  I am 5 months and 3 days in and lately have been feeling stuck in what might be flatline. Very depressed and anxious lately.

  Day 71 was a fun day for me. I felt some of the old me creepin up. Oh and my eye contact is getting better. Just gotta keep progressing

    @Overfloweth the old me as far as my confidence. I felt more confident when talking to ppl. I even flirted a bit with women. (Which i haven't done in 6 years) as far as urges honestly i don't feel them anymore...kinda scary. Only way that i could relapse is if i watch porn otherwise i'm hardly ever horny. Hope that is a good thing.

    Great going..froggy.05..keep it up I would like to know 1.whethet you had any nocturnal emission or wet dreams during this period..2.whether you have urges while watching a movie where some sexual scene pops up..I have kept myself away from movies,etc.for a month..now..

    @enigmaaa actually i haven't had a wet dream since i was in grammar school. I just get morning wood. Now some movies get me going a little like Showgirls or something. I try not to watch too many of those types of films. But i had never seen showgirls before and wanted to watch it. I'll say when i do see sexual scenes i now don't feel like fapping. I'm just dealing with being brick hard.

    Hey there! I'm still alive lol im on day 57. The urges are no longer intense but still there of course but the biggest problem for me is the occasional brain fog and everlasting flat-line that makes dealing with the public EXTREMELY difficult for me at my job. Hoping one day i just wake up and it's all gone...forever.

    @AndySky180 aw man thanks for the inspiration! you made me feel like 22 days is a big improvement. I'm always hard on myself thinking about the future when i need to just take it day by day until i reach my 90 day goal. i guess once i start feeling better mentally i could stop counting the days and enjoy the present more.
