    @AndySky180 aw man thanks for the inspiration! you made me feel like 22 days is a big improvement. I'm always hard on myself thinking about the future when i need to just take it day by day until i reach my 90 day goal. i guess once i start feeling better mentally i could stop counting the days and enjoy the present more.
