Day 25. Deleted most social media apps, won’t post as often. Trying to get away from the phone, it’s full of traps

Even though I did O, I’m going to continue the steak since it was with a real person, not a screen. Have to condition the mind for reality.

Day 22. Had an intimate interaction last night, busted before anything could happen! I suppose that’s better than PIED.

Day 20. Missed a day, focused on school. Have to quarantine, which is going to test me. I am going to hold the line.

Day 18. Feeling some more anxiety, but I know it’s just withdrawals. Depression is also hitting a little, I’ll be okay if I keep moving.

Day 16. Felt a good amount of social anxiety, side effects are starting up. Just take it day by day, and remember these feelings will pass.

Day 15. I find it hard to connect and relate to others, makes me feel alone. I think that’s why I turned to porn. Keep moving forward.

Day 14. Made it to two weeks, I feel normal, a little tired. Can’t relax now, still a long road ahead, but I am more confident in myself.

Day 13. Felt really good today, starting to feel urges so I decided to update. This keeps me accountable, things are looking up

Day 12. Feeling a lot better today, definitely just needed sleep. Pretty stressful day and I didn’t even think of P once. Felt confident

Day 11. Stated clean. Woke up feeling depressed, could be lack of sleep, could be porn trying to reel me back in. Just keep moving.

Day 10. Had this girl I knew out of no where start talking to me and had a date last night. Spent all night talking, life is rad

Day 9. Took the night to socialize with friends, I think it’s important to use PMO energy to produce self growth

Day 8. Stayed up late, heard the sweet call, have to hear the truth in the lies. We all have the power to choose, I choose my freedom.

Day 7. Studied, worked out, stayed clean.

Day 6. Used up the last of my pot, I think it’s best to attack this sober. It helps with the mental side, but certainly in moderation

Day 5. On time now. I feel stressed about future life decisions, makes me want to MO. I won’t, I need my head to be balanced.

Day 4. I guess I’ll just stumble during the beginning of this. I feel good, I’m going to get my 90 days.

Day 3. Still clean, but man I keep passing out from getting too stoned. Missed my shift at work last night. Its okay, trying again tonight

Day 2. Got too high again and passed out, but at least I’m still clean. Just been high all day. Will write again tonight.
