Day 6, no real urges, limiting internet use so limiting triggers and the main thing is keeping busy! hope everyone is staying clean!

  Prayer, exercise, get busy.
  Talk with a friend, or anyone that you are not sexually attracted to. Ask them how they're day is going. It'll help you to stop thinking about your urges.
