Keep your guard up. The first 2 weeks are the most difficult. Never believe that that there will be no more struggles. You will just get stronger ;)
Thanks guys, I still have my guard up, I know it's not always going to be this easy but I'm just enjoying the lack of urges at the moment
It's been a minute since I've meditated so I only managed 4mins before getting distracted but hopefully that will improve with time
Oh man, I can understand. It sucks. What I'd suggest is to keep your phone away and darken your room. Don't get too much sleep as it is already daytime. Then after u wake up, do some light exercise and get 10 minutes of sunlight. At night, don't use your phone or if it's urgent use a blue light blocker. I use Twilight. It's better to stay away from any blue light two hours before going to bed.
Day 2 is coming to an end. Urges have been crazy today and I've been trying to hold on all day, hopefully I'll have a easier day tomorrow
