The goal here is to use NoFap to improve for a healthy sex life. Now it's true, if your goal is to go without orgasm (basically celibacy) for a certain time, then yea sex does count as a relapse. But if your goal is to wean off porn, and more on healthy sex, then no this isn't a relapse.
@alok, it is my target. And I'm successful in getting rid of any means of Porn. No watching, no literature, no imagination. Mind is getting stable and free of such thoughts now. Successfully completed 3 weeks.
