  Day 8 : Today is a weird today, yesterday was stressful which caried on to today. Did however do my yoga session but didn't do meditation.

  Day 7 : Switched things up a bit, instead of meditating chanted OM and do some breathing exercises.

  Day 6 : Woke up around 4:20 AM, did Wim Hoff Breathing for about 40 breathes 2 rounds, then meditate for about 15 minutes.

  Day 5 : Meditated by laying flat on bed, I think I will have to do laying down since I do have a autopedic bed. Was a great experience.

    In this week I will be waking up fairly early between 4 to 4:45 AM, tried it out today, just to see how I would wake up, but due of some circumstances I had to wake up around 2:00 AM, then slept again, and woke up back around 4:45 AM, then I meditated by laying flat on bed.

  Day 4 : Didn't meditate as much today, since I slept way too late. However came to some decisions, to be part of the first phase of change.

    Already did talk about them. But I believe these will be the catalyst that will connect the dots to a better future in my case.
    
    Action 1 : Turn off 10-10:15 PM
    Action 2 : Wake up 4-5 AM
    Action 3 : Meditate/Breathing exercise
    
    That is it.

  Day 2 of Meditation / Sleep : Alright, it seems, I have to think about when my last meal will be, I noticed that I felt heavy during medit.

    and I think part of it was because of last hour food. So if I plan on doing meditation last meal should be at least 3 hours before bed. That way I will feel lighter the next day. Definitely was harder to relax today during meditation.

    Sleep schedule is still not normal yet, slept around 12:15 AM, need to get it to 10:30 - 11:00, part of it is of staying behind the screen, going to take some time, but well worth it on the long run. Will see how I can change the sleep habit.

    with a new view. For sleeping schedule, I suppose its going to take at least 2 or 3 weeks, before I can get to a 5 AM wake up system. But overall, I am gonna keep up with this new habit.

    What I do wonder is if, food can also play a part to how much benefit you can get from meditation. Since I do remember feeling a lot better during the time I was eating more plant based diet (for a full month)

    What I care now is my future cause it's something I can change it even karma pays me back. I won't regret what I did in my past but I will do everything to protect my future
