Rather you are healing yourself of a big addiction and creating a better life. When thought comes say loudly, " I AM FREE. I LOVE THIS LIFE. THIS LIFE IS REAL." And feel this amazing life. You can do it.

My friend, try to learn to go with your feelings of cravings or discomfort, they can't hurt you if you just don't act on them. Don't turn to pmo, just stay with the feelings and let them pass like a thunderstorm. It roars a lot but it can't really hurt us. Same with cravings, ignore your brain asking for fixes, you can do this !

Dear friend, learn to stay with the "void", the uncomfortable feelings we sometimes get when we're lonely, depressed, stressed,... Pmo will NOT relieve you from them, it only seems like it, but that's not what happens as you know ... It only reinforces the circle of addiction, so don't go there in the future! I saw myself after continuously fapping that it is endless cycle of repetition...
But only one thing hit my mind if ever i fap once again after starting reboot i won't reach even 90 days..... This thought had remain with me from past...
....
I will try to rebuild myself...

Gibe your phone to somebody who is strict and ask them to hand it to you only for a fixed time everyday!

Using excessive internet all day as procrastinating agent which results in super trigger to watch p when waked up unconsciously in midnight

Make a document. . Writing positives nd negatives of quitting and not quitting porn.. read as much as u can to know about ur enemy

it is the time to which i didn't give importance.....
I want to get rid of meaningless internet surfing... But without it my work doesn't go on......

Try again then ... You can do your work without surfing unnecessarily ... Have a little patience ...
