    Here's my report for yesterday:

    Meditation - 7/21 (best 33)
    Exercise - 17/21 (best 45)
    Morning exercise - 0/21
    Self-improvement - 8/21
    Walking - 6/21 (best 49)
    No news - 0/21 (reset yesterday)

    So all pretty good. I'm not doing so well with the no news at the moment. Morning exercise I missed yesterday because I had to do some driving for my partner - pardonable. Otherwise OK.

    What's your meditation routine, Joker? I use Headspace at the moment, and you can try that out for free. . . And if you're struggling with 10 minutes, maybe try 5 just to get you started.

    5/21 showers( I love icy cold showers, I think I won t stop after 21)
    7/18( I skipped 2 days unfortunatelly)
    I don t take photos anymore,I don t have a good mirror and place to take them.

  8. Sounds interesting, Joker. I'd like to expand my meditation practice in time. Maybe that's something to look for for the future.

    I missed a day or so reporting.

    Hi, is there any benefits of cold shower, just wanted to see if there are things that I missed. I find it hard to get cold shower, the weather here already cold, let alone adding cold shower to it :(

    Walking - 12/21 (best 49)
    No news - 2/21

    Hey @staraimer. There are lots of claimed benefits for cold showers. For addicts it might be building the psychological strength of learning to cope with something uncomfortable. There are lots of claims about the physical benefits too. There are some possible health risks for some people with cold showers though - particularly if the water is very cold - so try to read up on it first and use common sense and caution.

    (there's a Ted Talk on "Cold Shower Therapy" by Joel Runyon on YouTube that mainly focuses on the psychological benefits. There are a load more on the physical benefits too.)

    I take cold showers. Or rather, I end each shower I take with a cold blast -- as I've done this, the heat of the "warm" water I use has decreased as I get used to the cold. I've found it useful and stimulating. I've had eczema, and I think it's helping with this among other things.
