Thanks @Cleaning Colin! You're doing great too. Even if you (and so do I) skip from time to time, we seem to be commited and are here to check everyday. And where focus goes, energy grows. On the contrary, yesterday was not very pleasant for me. I was tired due to this diet without gluten and dairy. But today, my body feel regenerated and I'm in a great shape. I try to keep my drive during 7 days and see if it really makes a difference. from now on im going to wake up at 6:30 am and do a morning workout, today was the first day i did it and i feels great, waking me up and feeling myself with energy right on the morning, it is just amazing
