190 days in a row of no PMO and no sex. I am feeling pretty fantastic about it. Life is so much better when not acting out. I was going through some severe PAWS for a couple of months. God gives me the strength to overcome this awful sickness of PMO addiction. Very thankful to be living the first year of my 40's and be P-free

Awesome work. It's great to hear that life is better. Good for me to read this today because I had some pretty strong urges. Didn't give in but definitely a day on the more difficult side. Keep it up
