Getting busy with some diy projects, i love these , it gets me excited, also changing my sleep routine proved beneficial

Reset. I thought I was onto a good thing lately, with positive self-talk. But it's apparently not as big a change as I had hoped. I think I need to keep at it to reap the rewards.

Reset today stressed

 

Got back into town and getting back into my routines. Things are going well. I've had some stronger urges yesterday and today but it was fine. I didn't consider relapse at all but the tricks the mind plays are annoying. I start to feel I'm missing out in a way and almost depressed a little but I remind myself that in the long run those feelings will be gone and I'll be much happier and connected with the world. It has been very nice overall being free from this for awhile but still a long way to go. I feel I have more tools to manage this than I did in the past.

Please pray to God for my wife that she calms down and that she finds joy in life. We have been arguing for the second day about finances, that I don't make enough money.

I will be very grateful for anyone who will pray for us.

I wanted to announce that thanks to God, everything is fine with my wife again.
There is no greater joy for a man when his wife feels well and I pray to God that it will be often.
