I had my worst relapse so far, but i shouldn't feel guilty or ashamed, as long as im not giving, made some changes to my daily routine so i can introduce new good habits to my life.

 

Checking in at the start of another week - stay strong everyone

Made it 7 days b4 relapse today
Big deal cuz I've berm struggling to hit a week...but once I did I must have sub consciously lowered my defensive
