I made a New Year's Resolution to quit pornography and masturbation. I am approaching this differently than how I have in the past: I have told others about my resolution. I needed trusted friends to hold me accountable.

Talk to a person in your life who you can trust with anything, who wont judge you for your slip ups, and who will check in with you often. It really helps.

I'll join the challenge.

 

I promised myself to quit pmo this year, it was the first thing on my new year resolution list. So far it has been a total failure with these relapses.

I realized i dont have the same energy i had at the start of the year to quit pmo.
Once again i wanna make a promise to myself and focus all my energy and strength on it for the rest of the year:

I WILL NOT EXPOSE MYSELF TO NEGATIVE CONTENT (P), I WILL WAKE UP EVERYDAY WITH MY FIRST MOTIVE TO QUIT PMO, I WILL DEDICATE ALL MY TIME ENERGY TO BETTER MYSELF THIS YEAR.

Go clean each day guys: IF YOU INTENTIONALLY SEARCH PORN AND WATCH, IT IS A RELAPSE,
IF YOU INTENTIONALLY JERK OFF AND DONT ORGASM, ITS STILL CONSIDER A RELAPSE.
It needs to be clean for you to be break free from this addiction.

Guys we have to quit to become a better version of you.

Day 5. I stand with @Champion123 's words, this addiction must be defeated by focusing only on one day at a time. Now I feel very confident about this current streak. My birthday is coming soon and because I failed with the start of a new year of the world, I won't fail with the start of a new year of my life.
