Day 23

 

24/30 days done. I had strong mood swings today and yesterday, leaning towards the depressive side and it seems that I am generally more sensible. My libido is awakening more, what I really love and appreciate. Also I am getting into the range of the longest streak of my life so far (it was somewhere around 3.5 weeks). I might set 27 days as the new high score (when I am there). But thinking about that I already came so far that only once in my life I reached this point, makes me feel incredibly powerful.

Day 01/30, done. Back on the wagon. Was really tempted to extend my relapse yesterday. That’s the test of discipline. Getting back up and back on the wagon. I’m here. And I’m done with porn. Let’s do this. Back into the fight.

25/30 days done. I was very busy today. Regarding NoFap and my recovery nothing really happened that would be worth mentioning. Let's keep up the fight fellow companions!

26/30 days done and currently doing well at the 27th day. When this day is over, I am on the longest streak of my life so far! I will go out with a friend later and this could lead to troubles when i come back home. But I am prepared.

 

relapsed today again. I have trouble passing 3-4 days. once I manage that it seems I'm out of the woods.
