So tonight i edged for about 2 hours watching softcore clips and it came a lot of precum out but i didnt reach O. So i stopped and now im just feeling weird like my balls are hurting and im a little bit low energy but it doesnt really feel like a relapse. I dont know how im gonna feel when i wake up tommorow but im gonna try to just stay in the cycle of training and self improvement which im in right now. However i dont know what i can do to get back to normal as soon as possible, please help because in the recent times i really dont get almost any answers on this forum and i feel kinda stupid when people dont even respond.
If you have a healthy routine, continuing that while avoiding PMO will return you to "normal" the fastest. Always avoid edging though. It is worse than a simple relapse in my opinion.

Agreed. The best way to get back to normal is to stop lighting up your brain with dopamine. Rest, sleep, hydrate, get some exercise. Do not edge, look at porn or let yourself have fantasies. Talk with a friend or a loved one. Ask a stranger how their day is . . . anything to get out of your head. As for the blue balls, take a couple of ibuprofen (if that's an option) and get some exercise. A cold shower would probably help, too.

Yeah i did some pushups and boxed a little so now im kind of calm. Now imma just go to sleep and go on like normal tommorow. I felt so good today and then these urges struck out of nothing its like i didnt even realize and it just fucked me up.
