    I just wanted to say thank you for this tool. Today was the first time I really had the urge to PMO as I had free time and I made sure to go to the page and the message it displayed has helped tremendously. I made sure to only use it as needed and not just cycle through so that it will remain helpful in the future.

    I'm new here, but have known about the NoFap for years, but never had the courage to go for it until a few days ago, I may start a new thread about my personal journey but I don't feel like it now. This tool saved me from almost screwing up 4 days of no fapping. I woke up this morning with a raging hard on with an image in my head of a woman I still can't get out of my head now. I lterally woke up to a what would've been a wet dream and I have no idea who the woman is, possibly someone in a porn I saw. I have been countering the images with youtube videos about people's testimonies and now with this site i found this great emergency tool that saved me from losing it. Thank you so much guys for all you've done.
