        I usually try to avoid staying at the house, but lately I had no place to work on my personal projects so I had to work at home. Didn't work at all well for this PMO thing.
        Yesterday, I deleted the web browser I used to browse P. I don't think that's a lasting solution because I also use the browser for work.

        But I think joining the forum helped because I didn't fap even if I really wanted to. I missed my Ex Gf, but instead of running to PMO, I just sat down and embraced the grief and sadness and just accepted it. I think this is the way to healing. So my First day went well I can say. How about you? how did yours go?
