8:30 this morning... because I slept in. The previous two nights I haven’t gotten much sleep at all. Like maybe averaging 3 hours. Not sure why, I’ve been hyped on some kind of energy. Either way I’m not counting today, I’ll go for number 6 tomorrow.
15/30 ! Half of challenge completed! Today I slept from 23.00 until 2.00am. No snooze. Took a nap on the afternoon. Let’s go!
Reset for me. Work + a side project I’m obsessed with wrecked my sleep schedule, still running on fumes. Good news is I caught up with work. Goal is to go to bed at like 9:30/10 and get up around 7am tomorrow
