I've not been doing without PMO for 11 days so far with 2 times "Wet Dream". I'm trying to get rid of Wet Dream as much as possible. What I've found that helps is reminding yourself of where P/P-subs lead.
It's hard to escape when you're in the middle of relapsing.

Today I am so happy to have the day off and be heading up to the mountains with my family. Our 6 year old is gonna try ski lessons and I'm looking forward to connecting with my gf. I'm so lucky and grateful for all that I have in my life.
