I am grateful for all the positive things I did yesterday, like meditating, breathing exercises, playing piano, and some small exercise. I am grateful for the good feeling I get every time I've visited my GP. I am grateful for another day, which gives me another opportunity to take small actions which will have a great effect over a long period of time.
