    I haven't been posting it, but I've been doing 5x20 pushups for the past few days. I've been too lazy to vary my exercises just bc I'm in a bit of a slump right now, but I think I'm on my way out of it.

    Guys, I'm joining you :) Thought it'll be nice to end up my first day here with something motivating.
    So today:
    94 pushups,
    3x 5min od ABS workout

    Core Strength Workout

    Today's Chest/Triceps/Abs Core Strengthening Goals Met!
    100 Pushups
    10 Diamond Half-Pushups
    4 Planks 2:00 + 2:00 + 1:30 + 1:15 = 6 min. 45 sec. total
    (trying to get to the 5 minute plank)
    Beginner Paralette Hold 1 x 60 seconds

    Today I finally went to the gym again after skipping the gym for the last 4 days. It was leg day: Squats, leg press, calf raises and many other leg workouts. Enjoyed it, feeling like a beast right now!

    I did some goblet squads (both kettlebells), cleans, snatches, get ups, push presses, military presses, even a small handstand, swings and lately a lot of walking around.
    Cooking for better food intake. (The sleep depreviation and the lack of enough food are killing my "gainzzz"). I'm still getting stronger though...lol

    couldn't exercise yesterday, so today did double - day :)
    Push-ups: 89,
    ABS intensive 20 minutes ,
    swimming: ~ 60 x25 meters

    Finally I went to the gym today again after skipping it for 3 days in a row. It is never going to become easier - SO NO EXCUSES FOR NOT GOING!

    Today I had my push day. I a variety of bench presses, including neutral, positive as well as with the smith machine. Did some shoulder exercises (Military press) at the end and some triceps-isolation exercise at the end which really burned my triceps. Felt awesome!

    Anyone ever use the 5-3-1 workout program and see results? Looking to improve my deadlift, squat and bench. Been a runner for a long time so a little intimidate by all the gym nonsense.

    Today it was leg day. My workout was rather not so good because I was simply too tired and too de-energized throughout the whole day, and I did realize this after my nap. I did squats, leg presses and various other exercises for the good leg.

    Hello again :emoji_grin: I've been in a relapse/slump and haven't been exercising lately, but I'm trying to get back into it.
    3x 25 seconds of doing as many pushups as I can
    3x 1 minute plank
    3x 30 seconds of as many crunches as I can
    3x walking lunges across a basketball court (the short way lol)
