Hey thanks for asking! Kind of.. but it's more like crazy moodswings from amazing confidence to feeling very bad..but think that's just part of the journey and I'm trying to continue improving!
Day 5...I feel good today...I am trying not to get aroused sexually...I know that if I KEEP thinking about sex I will relapse and masturbate...with that I am making an honest effort not to look at girls in swimwear and am trying to keep my eyes on my dream/mission...the videos on YouTube are helpful and insightful...I'm hesitant on the cold showers but I hope to start that soon too...
Day 5 I was very close to relapsing today, but Exposure response prevention (ERP) Breathing technique saved me. And I did the breathing technique 2 times, to prevent a relapse 2 times. How to do the breathing technique Breathe in for 10 seconds Hold for 10 seconds Breathe out for 10 seconds Repeat 10 times and you're done
