Just get in the shower , turn it on cold as possible , then do 20 breaths with water on your heart ( chest ) then turn around and do 20 breaths with water on your heart (back) . Do this for 2 weeks , you will be then conditioned to cold showers . water here is 4 degrees Celsius today , no problem . I have cold shower every morning as if it was hot shower

They strengthen the part of the brain that controls willpower ( so does meditation ) , so ehen you get he implies to fap or watch porn , instead of you dropping your pants and fapping you now have extra willpower and you don't give into urge . Been free from porn / fapping is true freedom .
somewhere in the hot hot summer I lost it, bc a cold shower was nothing special anymore. Now I want it back! Can't even stand anymore to go directly into the cold. START AGAIN! COLD SHOWERS SHALL ROCK MY WINTER!
Im up to 2 a day and it almost winter here. Cold showers wake you in the morning then calm and relax you before sleep!
Day 2/30 I am on my 2nd day , It feels very good and active when I take cold shower in the morning. No urges comes in mind when I see any girl. It helps me a lot in my journey.
3rd Day of cold showers. I showered under cold water for 2 minutes. I used an alarm and my goal was actually 5 min. Before I had turned on the heating bc I thougt I would get a little undercooled. But after 2 min my body already said 'get out' and I obeyed. Body was fine, no freezing
guys, yesterday I pussied out from the real deal: only short cold after warm shower. But I want it cold! More cold! EDIT: yeah! I did it: 5 minutes under cold shower. Now happy. And freezing grrr (I feel like Jack Nicholson at the end of The Shining)
