This is a difficult but definitely not an impossible task. Stay in prayer and read some of the success stories on this site, they have always encouraged me. Not sure how far you've gone but the keep in mind that the first few weeks are the toughest. I will say a prayer for you brother, stay strong!

Here are some ideas that have worked in different areas of my life, take what you like:Immerse yourself in the Word.

Immerse yourself in the Word -- Bible, preaching, Christian music
Pray for others who struggle with the same thing -- Ephesians 6:8 ESV
Use your words -- James 3:3-4, Mark 11:23
Acknowledge that it has to be God's work and you can't do it alone -- Philippians 2:13

Don't fear to venture forth with courage when you pray to God. Ἀδιαλείπτως προσεύχεσθαι (Pray without ceasing —1 Thessalonians 5:17) says the Scripture. Use also the panic button; it helps in many times.

Don't give up, bro. So many dudes here, having had the same experience and we're all still standing. Will pray for you.

You are not alone in this. We can relate to what's going on. I know that fear of being afraid that it's going to happen again and again and again. But we can't think like this. God wants us to have a mindset of repentance and faith. Speak freedom over yourself in Jesus name brother
