Yes, the reason for wet dreams is sexual thoughts. You are stopping masturbation only physically. But it needs both your mind and body.

Just because something isn't categorised as porn, doesn't mean it is good for you.

The romantic/passionate scenes, pics of insta/e-commerce models, etc which bring sexual thoughts in your mind, even for the slightest, then they must be avoided.

This is where most of them go wrong, they don't fight mentally. Once you change your thoughts, then you'll never need to fight physically. I haven't joined gym, swimming class etc. But I have still managed to achieve the streak of 50+ days and still going

@1Batman1 Bro honestly from last 4 days I didn't had single sexual thought. Even iam using YouTube when necessary & even watching some devotional songs.

Bhai for 1st 30 days I didn't watch any stuff on the internet related to porn. But on 32,33& 34th days are most crucial days. Because I watched some stuff on YouTube.

But I didn't masturbate and killed my urge. But the mistake I did was seen some hot videos on YouTube. But I will not do that again in my life. I do promise to myself!!
