It's been continuous 2 days that I had wet dreams. The reason may be because I have been thinking of sexual thoughts. It's my 35th day. But from last 3 days iam seeing all romantic kind of videos. Not related to porn,sex. For first 30 days I have abstained from sexual thoughts. But atleast I stayed away from seeing porn& masturbation from all these 35 days. But this YouTube is where I can see all kind of stuff. How to deal with the urges iam getting from last 2 days. Please give your thoughts!

One way to deal with urges is to say a prayer for the girl you are craving for - wish her the same things you want for yourself. For me, i wish them money, successful career, good food, peace and joy.
