Good. Let's do some work then. For 24 hours only do not believe your thoughts. All hocd thought that pop up label them as such. Become the observer, the scientist of your brain at work. Distance yourself from the content. Just observe the thoughts. Don't believe your thoughts. Can you do that? Call it the 24 hour Challenge.

what do you mean? The link/post is from another user. I have struggled with PMO escalation and HOCD though the HOCD is not bad anymore.
Don't worry about that. That will come back. First work on getting free from hocd. Do the 24h Challenge, then come here and share your experience. You can work it but you need to work. It won't disappear just like that.
