I work out like heck and then drop over. I've never actually been totally unconcious but close. Its started happening more frequently as I'm getting in better shape. Anyone know why that is?
Nutrition? Water? It sounds like your body needs something. If your feeling extra short of breath, heart troubles, go see a doc, soon.
Last time: 3 x 10 bench press to fatigue pushups to fatigue triceps extensions 30 situps 3x10 rows to fatigue 3x10 bicep curls deadhang pullups to fatigue 30 situps 3x7 squats 3x10 weighted jump squats 1:30 min plank minimum rest between sets and exercises. All this takes 30-45 minutes.
My knees are recoiling in terror. In any case I would give these a read if you're gonna be doing them: https://www.t-nation.com/training/unleash-the-power-of-the-jump-squat https://www.t-nation.com/training/dangerous-exercises
That's a lot of compound movements in a short amount of time man, I'd increase rest times to see if you're just overtraining. If you still feel that way post workout then I'd go to a doctor
sick here's some stuff related to planking if you're interested: https://www.t-nation.com/training/4-dumbest-ab-exercises https://www.t-nation.com/training/not-average-core-training
I've done that. Ive gotten where I get extremely lightheaded and my vision starts to go black and I get really dizzy. I've only had it a few times. The worst was when I didn't drink enough water, didn't eat a strong or even decent pre workout meal (as I workout in morn), and took C4. It was pretty bad. I would say make sure you're hydrated and if you're taking pre workout perhaps stop. Not really needed imo
Maybe do a bit less especially since you’re doing them to fatigue. Also, if you don’t do them already, BCAA’s can help with preserving energy/glycogen storage.
I have the same problem.. When i'm further in my NoFap streak this happens less. Maybe this also is a side effectofporn addiction??
I get that too occasionally since I started NoFap. Something to do with porn withdrawal? Slow down until you get more into NoFap and drink more water.
That's not overtraining... That's a pretty basic gym workout. There is probably something you are lacking as Freddiefox stated.
