Hello! I got to about 430 days of NoFap, this was the first time I tried it and I'm really proud of me that I got this far. I masturbated to no fantasies or porn. I will go on no-porn for life. That shit is dangerous. I will masturbate once a week if I don't have sex. Benefits: ED cured Better looking skin Women approaching me more Feel better about myself More energy People respect me more And a lot more benefits Disadvantages: Premature ejaculation became worse for me the longer I went on NoFap (This is my own experience, it could be different for you) Still not 100% cured from Anhedonia (I need to find the root cause for this) A lot of urges during the process Mood swings Flatline and PAWS was pure hell Isolating myself Advices: Try to not do this alone (I did and it was a mistake) Try to socialize, eat well and drink water Be prepared, it's going to get worse before it gets better 90 days may not be enough Stay away from dopamine kicks, but if the urges gets too much, play some videos games or something Seek advice here on NoFap, I would have not made it this far without the support here If you have any questions, feel free to ask them
Well done man !! How you can masturbate to no fantasies? I can't imagine this Do you still have flatline after so many days? Or are you generally happy? Also, are you still having urges to watch porn and masturbate? Or has it faded away and you have it easy now?
Thank you man. Masturbating without fantasies is very hard but can be done, I think it was easier when I got so far and knowing what fantasies can do to the mind. I have some small flatlines but they are short. I think I'm almost 100% healed from the flatline/paws. A lot happier than when I started 457 days ago Good luck mate
Danm son you earned that! Hard work pays off...! What signs showed that your flatline and paws are about to be over?
Congratulations man. Awesome achievement! The point you made about Dopamine kicks is very salient. I figured that if I'm craving I'll play some video games to help me cope with it. This is a safe and effective coping strategy, plus it's fun. I just need be careful it doesn't become a time sink and be disciplined with it. So far so good Great work man!
