I have tried to keep it simple and straight.
Great initiative! I just highly recommend creating a schedule for these habits and trying to stick to it. The daily exercise and meditation can totally be 15mns or less. I use daily meditation apps and they often offer 5mn and less meditation sessions. Apps like Headspace. Key is to just frame each day around the most important part of the day! If you're a student that's classes. If not that's getting money and avoiding debt!
I think that meditation is one the most important thing. I usually meditate 45minutes everyday and I exercise daily (15 to 20 minutes). Now i'm getting used to cold shower but it's hard. I think that winter is not the best season to get used to cold shower.
I am new (joined today) and will planning for: - 15 min exercise and meditation each daily - 15 min playing a game with kidos daily - Have lunch with a co-worker at least 2 days a week - Cold shower (never tried before)
I'm new to this too, on week 4 of my first attempt at NoFap. I'm trying to do cardio and bodyweight exercises five days a week. Instead of spending lots of time web browsing I'm reading more and trying to find new books to read, and I'm planning to put more time into practicing the guitar.
Just be careful not to remove all fun from your life. Often we just overwhelm ourselves with responsibilities until we become miserable and then fall back into our habits for missing comfort. Just a thought. If you can keep this schedule and thrive in it, then good for you man
Thank you for the suggestion, this was needed ... I have added outdoor games, but need to balance more ... I am finding myself short of fun activities ... Will add more ...
This is great, dude! You must have a good discipline! How you made the decision to do all this things?
Great man stick with your plan ....i want to suggest that start exercise like cardio 1 hour you can minimize your yoga time and stay away from junk food and reduce sugar
I like the way you are thinking brother. with respect and your permission i am gonna apply the same in my life.
Very impressive! I know that I still spend too much time looking at screens. I commend you for reducing or eliminating your Internet and TV usage. Sometimes I'm just so tired that I don't want to do anything that takes effort. Staring at the wall? ;-) Keep up the good work.
