https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/...01112/the-cost-and-benefits-emotional-honesty I thought this was a great read . I’ve always been such an open honest person in every way to a fault . It’s gotten me really hurt going allll the way back to age 8 . I always thought it should be easy for people . What I’ve learned over the years , PA literally stunted my SO from being able to find the tools to be emotionally honest , never mind USE the tools . I’m gonna send him this today
Id like to ask the PA , if you were to be asked an uncomfortable question regarding recovery , what’s the way /time you like it to be approached to make you WANT to answer honestly ? And for the SO , how do you settle your nerves before asking questions?
I've just sent this to my PA, once again he's gone to bed, too fucking hard but hopefully he'll get something out of it.
There’s a 30 day email from XXXchurch , I suggest signing you both up for them , we’d both get them and talk about them . Boundaries??
