Day 4/365 I had a wet dream last night and plus another bad dream. I woke up and read Rumi about for 15 minutes. i think reading materials like the essential Rumi, helps to develop and improve our third brain(one that is running our cautious and thoughtful behavior). In my point of view, having a goal is essential ,especially for the great Nofappers ,and having a commitment to do its preparation in every cost so that one take step forward in a daily basis.Of course this style of life require a schedule that fill the time of one's in every day even for minutes. And as i chose to live in this manner,i feel like some part of my brain have turned on which is responsible for evaluating the cons and pros for every action especially the new ones before acting or assessing the benefits or the costs of each and every action before doing it, and the part of my brain that is responsible for optimism and maintaining hope for future. Despite having some flash backs of Porn and some Fantasy i manged to control it and guide the thoughts in my mind toward my goal and the new identity that i like,i wanna be and i imagine it three times a day. Because i believe we are creator as Dr Dispenza say it. By imagining the new prosperous situation for ourselves and thinking about it in a repeatitive manner in a daily basis for a while(2 weeks in my case) we actually create a new neuron circuit in our brain and our body start to turning on the new part of our brain so that it leads to producing new protein in our body, subsequently our feeling change because of the new release. I am actually Dr(Eye Dr) despite my young age and involvement with this because i didn't know about the addictive and other detrimental characteristics of this habit on our body, brain, mind, subconscious mind and soul. Hope you have a great day dear friends.
Day 4- Took a great risk by using my laptop until 12 midnight. However, my urges had taken a vacation . I did end up watching some educational youtube videos. Looking to another clean day today.
Day 2 completed and going to complete Day 3. Normal day and trying to cultivate habit of reading books.
A deep inner hunger can make a man quite capable of much, either good or evil. The hungry person will do anything to survive, from fighting for a great cause against immense odds to deviously betraying it.
What would possess a king who says he he master of his domain to then, in the face of an inferior army, open the gate to his castle and allow the enemy in? A nasty hunger indeed. We have to ask ourselves, whose hunger wins - the old or the new man?
