Kettlebells are a whole lot better than dumbbells, to be honest. So great choice for getting them! Considering programs: Enter the kettlebell, or Simple and Sinister from Pavel Tsatsuline are great! Today I did: 20# double arm kettlebell swing 20# halos 20# kettlebell curl 20# tricep extention 4.65 miles walked Need to do more reps and maybe jog a bit tomorrow.
Followed my kettlebell play with (if it is a one armed exercise, I do both sides and if it is double asymetric kettlebells I switch them and do the same amount again): A few all around the worlds with 32 kg, 1 push press with 32 kg, 3 military presses with 24 kg, 3 snatches with 24 kg, 6 snatches with 16 kg, 3 deadlifts 24 kg + 32 kg, 3 one arm deadlifts with 16 kg + 24 kg, 1 get up with 32 kg, 1 bottoms up press with 16 kg, and some more swings with my 32 kg. Did a bit of klettlebell swings, 1 get up (32kg) and squats (32kg). Tomorrow will be full of deadlifting, squatting and weighted chin ups. Yaaay! =)
Deadlifts: After warming up, going to 3 reps with 130 kg. Squats: Went for 3 reps with 80 kg. Dips (body weight) 3x5. Chin ups 3x3 with 25-35 kg. That's it. I'm done and tired. Cheers!

Today it was no "gym day" for me. I initially planned on visiting the gym, but after my soccer game which I had to referee, I was too exhausted. I am surely going to hit the gym on the morrow! I tracked my progress on the field. I ran much, so I burned around 250 kcal. That is something!

Walking 21,462 steps; 10.16 miles, Did not do kettlebells or calisthenics today, but I did do a lot of walking. [EDIT] Walking 8,247 steps; 3.9 miles. Played with my 20# kettlebells again: Swing, Row, Halo 1x10. Must do more sets.

Walked 12,013 steps (5.68 miles) Also did some kettlebell swings & halos with my 20lbers. Almost bought another, heavier kettlebell today, but I decided to conserve my precious money until I have a job.
