If that's the case then even the "healthy" stuff in stores shouldn't be eaten. Because in all honesty there is crap and chemicals in literally anything you buy, check the ingredients most often than not it's bad for you. It's hard to find things that are actually good for you. You should be drinking water but again there's nothing wrong with drinking say soda or whatever once in a while.
I think moderation is key here guys unless it's porn there's no moderation for that bullshit whatsover!
Well water is pure. If you have the correct tools to remove the devestating chemicals. Juice is not bad.. Squeeze it from fruit and it has natural sugar that is actually good for a person. Not to mention the vitamins it beholds. I would stay true to clean "boring" water and all natural juice. Oh and tea, the good kind. #Organic the good stuff
I would also state, porn is the worst. The damage it does is heartbreaking. Cant wait to make real love
Depends on what juice you buy, I have a juice maker and make my own juice....and the amount of sugar in a natural juice can be easily burned with 30 pushups. Also juice is rich in vitamins....thats important.
Hah I remember that as a kid! Is Sunny Delight Canadian? I'm not sure how we got it in our stores back then if it is.
No it's American and it is the nastiest orange juice ever. It actually has canola oil in it! who the fuck puts canola oil in orange juice?
I pretty much never drink it but I will admit I do enjoy it occasionally, a guilty pleasure if you will. The reason I almost never do is because I know for a fact it's not good for you, and I never understood why it's supposed to be orange juice when it taste nothing like it. lol
when we were younger, my mom and I used to go to the food bank and they would give us SUNNY DELIGHT, i would refuse to drink it! I'm like I know were poor but hell naw!
I only drink soda when I get fast food which is very rare for me. I figure if I'm gonna eat shit, I might as well wash it down with piss.
There are nonacidic juices. And as I know, soda is more acidic then a regular orange juice....I think.... Anyway...even with lots of vitamins...juice still cant beat water.
I can't handle soda anymore - it's too sweet. A little knowledge I picked up at school the other day - cola beverages have been shown to reduce bone density in women. If you're a woman and getting a bit older, watch the cola. I guess other sodas don't have the same effect.
